Are you or someone you know in need of a wheelchair ramp? Jesse Lee ASP has extra wheelchair ramp parts available to help support this need. Please note: basic carpentry skills are required for installation. Pick up and transport of ramp parts from Jesse Lee Church in Ridgefield, CT will be your responsibility.

To start, print off the Wheelchair Ramp Guidance and the Wheelchair Panels documents, as these will help you to determine what materials are available and what you will need to support your ramp building project.

After you have read through the materials, print and complete the Wheelchair Ramp Application. To submit your application, please fax it to the number that is provided.

We accept applications for wheelchair ramps throughout the year on a "first come, first served" basis.
