Author identification should appear only on the cover page.
The cover page should include names of the author(s) or participants,
titles, addresses, affiliations, phone numbers, email addresses and
intended track.
The author(s) and affiliations of the author(s) should not be
identified in the body of the paper.
All proposals will be blind refereed by three evaluators.
Notification of receipt of submissions will be done by email.
Author(s) will be notified by July 15, 2001 regarding the
acceptance of their proposals.
At least one author/participant of all accepted proposals is
expected to register and attend the conference.
