This year we are initiating a new program in which faculty are invited to collaborate with promising or deserving students, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as co-authors of research or curriculum studies. This new initiative is designed to help promote the introduction of students to the profession and the role of professional organizations.

To help encourage student-faculty participation, a student-faculty Best Paper Award will be given. Also, the student conference register fee has been set at a very modest $25.00.

GUIDELINES

The submission guidelines for student-faculty proposals are the same as those that apply to other paper submissions with the exception of the following:

• All student-faculty proposals should be identified as such on the cover page that accompanies the submission.

• Both student and faculty participants are expected to register for the conference and to present their work together.

• Although quality proposals are expected, the standards of acceptance will be somewhat more lenient for this category of submission.
