Workshops, Panels and Birds of a Feather Submission Guidelines

WORKSHOPS, PANELS AND BIRDS OF A FEATHER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Submissions must be double-spaced and not exceed 5 pages.

The final copy of accepted proposals will be limited to two single-spaced pages. Final camera-ready copy will be in the following format:

Single column;
Single-spaced;
Text font: Times Roman 9 point;
Top margin of .75";
Bottom margin of 1".

A list of accepted workshop titles and presenters will be published in the conference proceedings. All accepted panels will be published in the conference proceedings. Birds of a Feather session will not be listed in the proceedings.

GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS

Workshops
Proposals must include a description with target audience, workshop goals, topical outline, planned activities and background of the presenter(s). Resources needed to conduct the workshop must be specified.
Panels
Proposals must include an overview of the topic and a position statement from each of thr presenters. The cover sheet specified in the general submission instructions should indicate the moderator and list all participants with their affiliations.
Birds of a Feather
Proposals should include the session title, discussion topics and justification.
