Musical version of the Arthur story. Omits depicitions of Morgana's incest with Arthur. Originally a Broadway show starring Richard Harris, Julie Andrews, and revived periodically. Source of the image of Camelot used to describe the Kennedy adminstration in its heyday. The Round Table appears in a form that, because of its size and double row of seating, recalls the assembly hall in the United Nations. Arthur and Guinevere (called here Jenny) lives in a 60s-style apartment, with sunken seating area, animal-skins, and throw-pillows.
