This team will build an ACCESS database to support this Personal or Small Business Filing System.

This project might be considered a case study of revamping an old filing method into a potential Filing System product.

- Normalized Tables
(See the article for the fields, and remember we need an OPEN list of numbers freed up by purging.)
- Input forms
(Descriptors and number assignment.)
- Output forms
(Sorted by number, sorted by main descriptor, printing of drawer number inserts.)
- User's Manual (guide) - how to use it
- Appendix to User's Manual - Illustrative example of a small set of sample data (say from a Job Search process)
to show that the DB works (show screen capture of inputs, printed outputs, and printed ERDs and tables).
