On February 22, 1999, the NACTEL Program began with 108 students from four companies.
After eight weeks, 100 remain while only eight students have officially withdrawn. This is a retention rate of 92.6%. Those who have withdrawn cite reasons of either “demands of the job” or “a family related problem.”
What follows is a brief profile of the one hundred students who remain in the program.
