Remember, when doing your research, to consider the following:

• Do buildings pollute the environment around them?  Do people?

• What is the effect of the weather/seasons on the environment?

• How is an ecologically sensitive area affected by the presence of humans?  Domesticated animals?

• How will the condominium get rid of solid waste?  Liquid?

• Will traffic impact the land environment?  Air?

• Will the building(s) affect the sun and/or shading of the endangered environment?  Does this matter?

• Is the view from the condos important?  What about obstructing other peoples already established views?

NOTE:  If your team decides the condominium can be built, it is not necessary to develop an actual design for the building(s).
