TASK
Your group must determine  if  the condominiums can be built either on or adjacent to an ecologically sensitive area.  Each member of your CCBCC group has an area of expertise and will research the impact of a condominium and all that goes with it (i.e., swimming pool, parking lot, tennis court, etc.) on an fragile ecosystem.  Your team will present a final report to the rest of the class outlining the results of your research and issue a final conclusion as to whether or not the condominium can (or should) be built.  There is no right or wrong answer, but your research must support your recommendation.
