For this project, there are 4 Roles.
Role 1: Prosecuting Team for a Criminal Case
Role 2: Defense Team for a Criminal Case
Role 3: Prosecuting Team for a Civil Case
Role 4: Defense Team for a Civil Case
Week 1: Teams will get familiar with each other and their cases. This is simply to review the facts and identify the kind of Juror that you want on this trial. Use the web links that I have below to help you come up with questions.
Week 2: Submit your questions for review. You will be graded on these questions and how you all worked together on this.
Week 3: Jury Selection for the CRIMINAL CASE begins. Here is how this will work, I will have reviewed your Voir Dire questions. Once these questions are finalized, you will then give them out to you JURY POOL (Classmates that are involved in the CIVIL CASE) . These potential jurors will fill out the questions and you will come analyze each result, and identify XX Jurors. What you will hand in at the end of this week is your analysis of each Juror and why you did or did not select them for your jury.
