Mrs. Myers Chocolates, Inc was founded by Ethel Myers, a southern Indiana lady, in 1922. She was enthusiastic about making candy and loved to experiment with new ideas that her friends and co-workers encouraged and urged her to sell these wonderful and delicious candies in the department store where she was working. Hence the start of Mrs. Myers Chocolate, Inc.

From its humble beginning, Mrs. Myers Chocolate, Inc has retained its reputation and quality of merchandise. It has also expanded its product line to include nuts and numerous varieties of sugar-free candies.

Following the family tradition, Mrs. Myers Chocolate, Inc is now managed by Dennis and George Rutledge, grandsons of the Mrs. Myers.
