conducted during the Holiday season, however our Almond Toffee is well
received year round. If you have specific arrival dates, we will make

e-mail order form includes ordering instructions, prices and shipping
charges. Please note that if the chocolate is shipped directly to you for
hand delivery, the individual shipping charges would not apply. The
charge would be based on actual weight, resulting in a substantial
reduction of shipping costs.
Here are a few suggestions to help us give you the best possible
service:
•When ordering for a small number of recipients [up to 12 names and
addresses], we recommend placing your order by phone — 1-800-555-1234.
•For longer lists we prefer to receive them via our fax machine or by
mail. To avoid duplication of your order, please do not mail the
original order when using the fax machine. Our fax number is

•If your Christmas list is rather long, we would appreciate receiving it
in mid-November. This allows adequate time to process your order and
gives you time to review your confirmation prior to shipment.
There are three ways to enclose your gift messages with the chocolate
shipments. We can enclose your business card, print your greeting on a
card we supply, or print your personalized gift message on the face of
the shipping label. We find the latter to be the most effective in
getting your message through to your recipient.executive gifts.
For your first order, we usually ask for prepayment by check, VISA,
Mastercard, Discover, or the American Express card. Upon approval,
orders may be placed on open account with payment terms of net 20 days.
We do not ship any orders C.O.D. corporate gifts.
