Visa Information
If you are a national of a country that is a member of the United States Visa Waiver Program (VWP) then you do not need to apply for a visa to attend the symposium. If you are a national of any other country, however, you need to apply for a visa. You should do this as soon as possible as there is often a significant wait to receive a visitor visa.
Please visit the links shown to the right to check whether you are required to apply for a visa or not. If you have any doubts, please contact your local United States Consulate or Embassy. If you require a letter of invitation as part of your visa application, please email the IEEE CSCloud 2015 organizers for more information.

Visa Letter Information
For visa letter, we need the following information in a single email to our event chair Keke Gai (kg71231w@pace.edu) to speed up the processing:

First Name, Last Name, Affiliation, Mail Address, Telephone, and Email
Accepted paper number and paper title.
For paper author, please register your accepted paper before sending your visa letter request.
For attendee, please register as attendee before sending your visa letter request. You don’t need provide paper information.

IEEE CSCloud 2015 will be held in November 2015. It will be co-located with NSS 2015 and other workshops in New York City (NYC), New York, USA. All co-located events will be hosted by New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) in the Auditorium on Broadway (AoB). The AoB is located at 1871 Broadway, New York, a few blocks from the 59th street - Colombus Circle subway station (trains: A, B, C, D, 1).

Hotels
Although IEEE CSCloud 2015 do not have special discount arrangement with any hotel, for your convenience we list out some hotels that are close to the conference venue. Note that they are ordered from least pricey to most pricey.
Please book your room by yourself. We do not have any contract with any hotels and do not contact with any hotels.
