How nutritious is snack food in your diet? In this exercise, you will have the opportunity to analyze the nutritional label of your favorite snack foods. The goal of this exercise is to keep track of the nutritional contents of snack foods. Once you have collected your snack food data, compare your the nutritional contents to USDA's Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA), Food Guide Pyramind, and Dietary Guidelines for Americans. After analyzing the label, fill in the information below by placing all labeling information in the appropriate categories, place your favorite snack food in the appropriate food group, and calculate total number of servings.
