It will be your responsibility to keep a budget of $400

Table cloths (tables are 36” x 108” – each table seats 10 students)

Paper goods

Serving utensils

Serving trays

Anything else you need

You will be responsible for keeping a checking account (you may not go over the limit)

You will be responsible for making an excel spreadsheet to keep track of how much of each item is needed

The day of the picnic – you will be there to make sure that everything goes off without a hitch.
