responsibility to keep a budget of $1000

responsible for setting up the games and prizes

responsible for finding a DJ

responsible for keeping a checking account (you may not go over the limit)

responsible for making fliers and sign up sheets for each game

The day of the
picnic – you will be there to make sure that everything goes off without a
