Group members should:
Encourage one another (especially shy students) as well as other groups
Remain on task at all times
Takes notes regularly when peers speak
Be polite and speak quietly
Listen carefully to the ideas of others before speaking
Work efficiently and meet deadlines
Distribute work fairly
Develop a work plan and follow it
Help one another follow the guidelines provided
Summon enthusiasm
Share ideas and refer to one another's ideas
Make eye contact with one another
