What would happen if your diet consisted of only fast food items? How nutritious is fast food is your diet? In this exercise, you will have the opportunity to analyze the nutritional value of various fast food restaurant items. The goal of this exercise is to keep track of your one day diet of only fast food items. Once you have collected your fast food data, compare your diet to the Food Guide Pyramind and Dietary Guidelines for Americans. At the end of the day, fill in the information below by placing all fast foods consumed in the appropriate food group, calculate total number of servings and then goto the CyberDiet's Fast Food Quest and analyze the nutritional value of each fast food meal.
