Conclusion
In the first activity, you will find out if you know
why some people get tattoos and others do not.
You will participate in class discussions with your classmates
and teacher in order to compare and assess how much you know
about what will motivate a person to get a tattoo.
Some questions that you must think abut during this project are:
"What is a message? What is the message of the tattoo?
Describe the graphic image of the tattoo? How does the tattoo
relate to this person's life and personality traits?
In the second activity, you will utilize
the internet
to understand, and investigate the
reasons why people get tattoos. You will learn how to
gather and evaluate the information from this activity.
By working in groups, you will learn from
your classmates. You may find new information
that they did know prior to this exercise,
whereas other students may find that these articles
and interviews support their ideas and opinions.
In the final task, you will use what you have
learned about tattoos. From a brief description
of an imaginary person, you will predict
what type of tattoo that person would choose
and how they would feel about it. Make your
best guesses here. There is no right nor wrong answer.
In this final activity, you are required to write a
creative writing sample in the English language.
Your writing sample will be evaluated upon the way
you express, explain, and support your ideas.
In addition, you will be evaluated on your
creativity and use of proper grammar and spelling.
