PART A: Creating your Survey and Collecting Responses
- Create a google form with at least 7 questions
- First question must be "Pace ID (If Applicable)" - See GP3- Creating the Google Survey.pdf for required settings
- Create at least 6 more questions that are specific to your group's application
- You must have at least one question each of these (Multiple Choice, Linear Scale, & Multiple Choice Grid)
- DO NOT USE the question types (Short answer, Paragraph, Date, or Time)
- Create the survey.html in your group webmaster's /groupproject directory.
- See the Embedding Video below for instructions on how to create this file
- You will need to embed your video, app wireframes and survey
- Create a thread in the discussion board forum "Submit Another Group's Survey, Get Extra Credit"
- Submit a comment containing the URL of your survey page
- The URL of your survey page should start with webpage.pace.edu and end with survey.html
- Ex: webpage.pace.edu/us12345r/groupproject/survey.html
- Start collecting responses, you will need at least 10 submissions from people in the class and 25 from people NOT in the class to complete Part B.
PART B: Analyzing and Submitting Assignment
- Collect at least 10 submissions from people in the class and 25 from people NOT in the class
- Export your survey responses as a CSV
- Use Excel to devise 3-5 quantitative insights from your response data, i.e.
- 50% of respondents workout on Wednesdays
- 35% of respondents have an iPhone, etc.
Submit the following to Blackboard:
- An unedited CSV export of your responses.
- A comment containing:
- The URL of your survey page, which should start with webpage.pace.edu and end with survey.html
- Your 3 - 5 quantitative insights
