GP5: Company Website
Submission Requirements:
- This assignment is a group assignment and requires only one team member to make the submission for the group
- Submit your group's URL to Blackboard as a text submission to indicate the site is posted to the web and ready for grading.
- Late assignments will not be accepted.
Instructions:
- Note that most groups find assigning each team member a page to code is a good way to spread the work load.
- See tutorial videos below for help getting started
- Site must be posted to the web at the URL submitted
- /YourUserName/GroupProject
- Navigation Panel: All html files should have the same navigation panel that contains a logo and links to the other pages
- Logo can be of your own design or a clip-art image but avoid well known brand logos
- Required Group Site Pages:
- stylesheet.css - Should be of your own creation/design and used by all html files
- home.html - Company homepage
- Background image related to app
- Brief tagline-esque description of app
- Embedded commercial video
- "Learn More" button linked to about.html
- A few fake awards (optional)
- about.html - Describe the purpose of the app
- At least 1 paragraph of text describing the typical use case
- Table of images and captions of screens from app wireframe assignment
- This will require that you break your app wireframe down into individual images
- team.html - Describe the team and what inspired you to solve the problem the app addresses
- Our Mission: At least 1 paragraph of text at the top of the body of the page
- Team member biographies
- Full Name (Name should a link to their resume page)
- Head shot (Each image should be same size)
- 2-5 bullet points highlighting their contributions to the project
- Embeded Google Map with "office location" pre-selected
- market.html - Describe your market survey results
- At least 2 paragraphs of text describing your target market and how the survey responses were collected
- At least 4 images of graphs/charts created from your survey responses
- Each image should have a 1-2 sentence caption describing it.
- Using a table for the graphs and images is advisable
- investors.html - Describe the results of your business plan assignments
- At least 2 paragraphs of text describing how your app will make/raise money and how the user base will grow over 5 years
- At least 2 images of graphs/charts from your business plan file
- Table containing at minimum the forecasted pre-launch and annual numbers for the following:
- employee count
- user count
- gross revenue
- net income
